George Brassil
Lead Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Specialist. HCPC, MCSP, AACP, POGP registered, BSc (Hons)
George is a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health, men’s and women’s health, and complex rehabilitation. With over eight years’ experience across the NHS and private practice, he provides evidence-based treatment focused on achieving lasting clinical outcomes.
Graduating with distinction from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, George has completed advanced postgraduate training in pelvic health through POGP and is also qualified in acupuncture through the AACP. His expertise includes male and female pelvic health, prostate rehabilitation, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, bowel conditions, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
George combines detailed assessment, clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation, and advanced biofeedback techniques to deliver personalised care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Alongside private practice in central London, he has held senior roles within specialist pelvic health services, contributing to clinical leadership, service development, and the training of physiotherapists. His contribution to patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic was recognised with a Gold Hero Award.
Originally from Ireland, George has worked across the UK and Europe, including the Netherlands, Sweden, and Malta, bringing a broad and adaptable clinical perspective. Outside of practice, he enjoys cycling, Pilates and yoga, reflecting his passion for movement, rehabilitation, and long-term physical health.
Sara Pedro Dias
Specialist Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, HCPC, MCSP, POGP registered, BSc
Sara is a Specialist Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. She supports men and women with a wide range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions, combining evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, patient-centred approach to help individuals move confidently and improve their quality of life.
Originally trained in Psychomotor Rehabilitation at the University of Évora, Portugal, Sara later completed a degree in Physiotherapy at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. She has undertaken additional postgraduate training in pelvic health through the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group, with specialist education in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
Sara’s clinical expertise spans pelvic health, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and neurological conditions. She has extensive experience supporting patients with pregnancy-related and postnatal concerns, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. She has also worked in neurological rehabilitation, supporting individuals living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
Her treatment approach combines detailed assessment, hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, education and practical self-management strategies tailored to each individual’s goals. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns and actively participating in their recovery.
Having trained and worked across Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK, Sara brings a broad clinical perspective and strong appreciation for personalised care. Outside of practice, she enjoys running, hiking, basketball and swimming, reflecting her belief in movement as a key component of long-term physical and mental wellbeing.
